So, Ive been allowing myself to eat only a slice of toast with peanut butter...and a not so heavy lunch. When I crave, i drink water or a crystal light metabolism controller. =/ AND, im trying not to stress. When I stress, i seem to gain or get hungry. Anyways, I had to tell someone...and you guys are like family. =]. Nikky has been a big help too, ive been reporting EVERYTHING I consume so that I feel proud of myself. LOL.
