CRASH DIETS

I know, I know. Its not healthy. Its also a waste of time, because once i chose a normal meal..ill gain weight like no other. But, my birthday is creeping up fast, and i noticed a few extra pounds that im not proud of. So, maybe after my birthday and Halloween...ill get on a healthy diet. Ive actually put use to my treadmill as well. AND I HATE WORKING OUT!

So, Ive been allowing myself to eat only a slice of toast with peanut butter...and a not so heavy lunch. When I crave, i drink water or a crystal light metabolism controller. =/ AND, im trying not to stress. When I stress, i seem to gain or get hungry. Anyways, I had to tell someone...and you guys are like family. =]. Nikky has been a big help too, ive been reporting EVERYTHING I consume so that I feel proud of myself. LOL.

Maybe Ill be a skinny bitch for my birthday....please and thank you!!

  3. Good luck! do you like green tea? that will detox your body as well as boost you metabolism! My advice although, i'm a bit of a fatty and don't think i should be the one givin advice, EXCERSISE is your best bet! 1 hour a day everyday until ur big day!!!

  4. What!?!?! You have such a gorgeous figure! What the heck do you need to lose weight for. Crash dieting sucks chica - it's like torture!!! haha

    If ya wanna lose weight, eat smaller portions more times a day with lots of water. You'll feel fuller longer.

  5. come on girl you know you look good but I know the reality of it no matter how many people say it, you have to be satisfied with you!! Bottom line & I respect and understand that more then anyone!! Just make sure you are being healthy but then again crash dieting is not meant to be healthy lol Greens, Apples, Tea helps A LOT! & stay on the water tip, nothing else unless it's tea (NO SUGAR) Be good to yourself, you are all you got mamas
